DRE allows the requester to see their position in the request queue via the applet; you can also run multiple support sessions simultaneously and gather end-user and technician feedback after the remote session is finished.
Do you have any additional questions regarding the end user’s request? Connect via pre-session or in-session chat or by using VoIP and video conference calls, which GoTo Rescue doesn’t offer. Messages are automatically saved in session logs. Additionally, any file (PDF, JPG, etc.) can be attached to the support ticket or to the session logs when it’s needed.
