This product integrates well with Microsoft products, which we use org wide, and other SolarWinds tools (we use remote desktop and manager functionality for our IT team). It also conveniently sends emails and updates on the status of all machines that our agency uses, which is around 200 computers/devices that are difficult to track otherwise.
